What is The Erb’s Palsy Group Young Achiever Award?
The Erb’s Palsy Young Achiever award Scheme is where you, the parent, relative, carer, teacher or health professional nominate a child with Erb’s Palsy for something they have achieved during the past year, it can be learning to ride a bike without stabilisers, an award for swimming or sport, anything at all that the child has achieved despite having Erb’s Palsy.
There are 3 age groups for the award;
5 years and under, 6 – 11 years, and 12 – 18 years.
The nominee must be available to come to the AGM to receive their prize.
What do I win?
The prize is a trophy, and a cheque for £75. Also, the successful child and their family (up to 2 adults and 2 children) will be able to have one nights’ budget accommodation so the family will be able to attend the Family Fun Day, and travel costs of up to £100 paid for upon completion of an expenses form.
